Responsibilities:
Making outgoing calls
Receiving incoming calls and providing information for current and new clients
Follow up client calls where necessary
Documentation of call information
Preparing and translating scripts of the call center
Administration

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

Czech - Advanced (C1) and
English - Intermediate (B1)

Computer skills - user

Microsoft Excel - advanced
Microsoft Outlook - advanced
Microsoft Word - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in customer service or call center (min. 1 year)
Ability to communicate well via phone and via e-mail (verbally and written).
User level computer knowledge
Conversational level in English
Good stress tolerance
