Business Development Manager CEE (aka "Hunter") with focus purely on establishing new strategic business relationships across the CEE ( Central and Eastern Europe ). BDMs own the entire sales cycle, from generating interest to negotiating and closing contracts. Success in this role relies on being resilient and having the ability to quickly develop strategic relationships with C-level food & beverage manufacturer executives for R&D , quality and product data management and match their needs to SpecPage’s solution’s.

You Will:
· Identify key decision makers and develop strategic relationships to drive revenue.
· Own the entire sales life cycle, from prospecting to close, including contract negotiation.
· Utilize internal sales enablement tools and management processes.
· Employ business development best practices developed through collaboration with peers and other internal teams.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

A college or university graduate with 5 – 8 years of sales experience (business development experience preferred), with a proven track record of achievement
A strong communicator, able to develop and conduct effective presentations with senior executive clients
Familiar with the sales life cycle, from prospecting to close, and looking forward to your next engagement
Ambitious, curious and motivated to be successful
Ability to work independently and entrepreneurially
Fluent in polish or czech
