Responsibilities
- Consults with users to assist in determining hardware, software or system specifications
- SW and HW evidence
- 1st / 2nd level support for HW and SW and Peripheral Devices
- Setting up of notebooks and PCs, as well as support for rollout
- Monitoring and Maintaining IT services for operations
- Installation and testing of software applications
- Further support our internal IT teams

- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to quickly understand business requirements
Nice to Have Skills
- Work experience with MS Active Directory and SharePoint
- Fluent English and German required
- Strong knowledge about the ITIL
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office 2010/2013 and Windows 7
