- Bachelor or MSc degree in computer science, finance, or related field
- Two to three years of experience in software development; experience with software development projects
- Strong background in software development processes and standards, including object-oriented, component-oriented, and Internet development architectures
- In-depth experience with identifying and understanding user and business needs and behaviours in both B2B and B2C environments
- Knowledge of processes and methodologies: SCRUM, RUP, CMM, CMMI
- Knowledge of a broad range of methods and tools, including use cases, user stories, process models, data models, and scenarios
- Proactive and analytical mindset with the ability to understand commercial business drivers
- Advanced written and spoken English
- Service oriented attitude
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Nice to Have Skills
- Certifications in project management frameworks, PMI is preferable
- Experience leading a distributed team of software engineers
- Experience with document flow solutions
