Job description, responsibilities and duties
Acts as Scrum master with a focus on guiding the teams towards improving the way they work:
• Coaches and mentors other scrum masters in our product team.
• Ensures that our ways of working are consistent across the teams
• Provides trainings to other scrum masters, scrum members and product owners
• Establishes a company wide agile process
• Keeps the rest of the company network aware of our activities
• Assists project managers and program managers when necessary for taking responsibility of managing dependencies between our team and third parties or between our team and other scrum teams
• Strengthens the presence of the team as an agile center of excellence. Actively contributes to the company's Agile Community.
• Supports and drives quality-related continuous improvement initiatives

Personality requirements and skills
• 100% flexible for long time travel (flybacks are common benefit)
• Must be a Certified Scrum Master with 3+ years of Agile experience
• Must have 2 years of experience with coaching teams to use Kanban and other Lean principles
• Advanced knowledge of the software development life cycle and of several software development methodologies
• Deep knowledge and experience with the majority of the “techniques” that help teams and stakeholders be agile (e.g. User Story writing, prioritization techniques such as impact mapping etc.)
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills
• Facilitation skills in leading planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives
• Ability to understand technical issues
• Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
• English language on advanced level (German is a plus)
