Job description, responsibilities and duties

The responsibilities of International Sales Assistant will include the following:
- Providing customer service to customers from all around the world (daily business as processing offers, creating new business, processing orders, managing invoices and deliveries, solving customers’ issues, etc.).
- Communication mostly through email and telephone in English with customers, business partners (package delivery companies, etc.) and with other departments within the company.
- Providing information to customers about company’s product line, its products, and technical support.
- Searching for new business opportunities.
- Reviewing and negotiating prices and terms of business with customers aiming to maximize company’s profit.
- Managing projects with customers, reporting.
