COMMERCIAL INVESTMENT REGIONAL LEAD (MATERNITY COVER)

Job Purpose

The core purpose of the role is to ensure an effective In Country implementation and management of Commercial Investment Processes supporting maximization of sales and marginal profit.

The position owner will be part of SCSE organization, designing together with Regional Business Planning Manager WoW in Commercial Investment area; proactively addressing efficiency & governance issues in already established processes; working closely with SCSE local and regional Sales, Marketing and Controlling teams as well as with Sony Europe Sales Strategy and Planning on implementation of relevant policies and processes.

That includes but is not limited to accountability for setting up the planning and execution processes related to Price Master Data Management, Levies, Manual Pricing, Rebate Settlement, Tactical Spending as well as coordination of CI specialists’ team.

Job holder will be also responsible for providing support on testing and documenting of the European tools for the region and together with the CI specialist’ team will ensure all assigned Pricing and Commercial Investment master data administration activities are correctly and timely performed.

Key Responsibilities & Scope for Decision Making

Process Management
  • Defining, documenting, implementing processes, procedures and communication flows
  • Defining KPIs to be monitored and service levels to be delivered
Executing
  • Being in touch with Regional Business Planning Manager, Regional Marketing Team, Cluster Heads and In Country Sales Support Managers to understand needs, concerns and priorities for the market
  • Planning, coordinating of and strong participation in periodic activities (Commercial Investment roll-outs, Rebates settlements, etc.)
  • Ensuring delivery of service levels by CI team
  • Analysing KPI, internal, operational, management and SOX reports and escalation of exceptions
  • Managing the changes in processes and programs including annual CI framework roll-outs
  • Maintain vital configuration of systems and tools (Framework, ToA, Workflows, …)
  • Judging, scoping, prioritization, coordination, testing and documenting system changes
Supporting
  • Supporting and being and escalation point for all Key Relationships
Qualifications & Experience
  • University Degree
  • Significant experience in sizable companies
  • Ability to work with a multicultural team
  • Able to multitask, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent management and supervisory skills
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, both in written form and verbally
  • Vast Analytical Skills and solid commercial skills
  • Strong Process Management skills
  • Strong Project & Change Management skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Good Knowledge SAP BW, SAP SD, MM and COPA
  • Knowledge of Nimbus is a plus.
