- Manage daily deliveries of the goods to customers and solve ad hoc issues connected to the distribution of the goods
- Arrange returns and disputes of the goods in line with the company guidelines
- Communication between central logistics team, logistics provider and customers
- Assist internal or external customers via phone, e-mail or visit in wide variety of areas including stock availability and product information.
- Take full responsibility and be accountable for all tasks related to logistics administration and stock availability
- Ensure that any issues are escalated with appropriate details and proposed action to line manager.
- Work closely with supply team to understand the supply situation and manage agreed allocation.
- Manage all elements linked to your dedicated customers including managing the order queue, discontinued models, product replacement and allocations according to agreed policies.
- Work in co-operation especially with key account manager to drive and maximize the business.
