Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a responsible of the HR Department, that will grow together with the Company. He/She will be in charge of:
HR administration:
• Preparation of payroll data for external payroll provider
• Responsible for all SAP administration (entries, leavings, changes, etc)
• Reporting and administration regarding HR agenda
• Compensation & Benefits processes
Employee Development/Consulting
• Ensure execution and improvement of education and promotion programs
• To provide HR advice and support to managers/ team leaders and staff on a wide range of HR issues (legislation, etc.)
• Contribute to a multitude of HR activities including Recruitment activities, Staffing and on-boarding
