Job description, responsibilities and duties

To support the team at our office in Kosice (Slovakia), we are currently looking for a

ServiceNow Test Manager (m/w)

As ServiceNow software test manager you will be responsible for projects of international enterprise customers in Europe, executing the different test scenarios and solving complex testing requirement issues.
In cooperation with the existing team you will challenge the involved stakeholders extending the impact of the general testing within our projects.

Your responsibilities
- Execution of manual and automated module, interface, integration and system tests within the ServiceNow context
- Conception and planning of test tasks
- Evaluation and selection of suitable test methods and tools
- Development of manual test and implementation of automated tests
- Configuration of the testing environment
- Review of solution concepts and derivation of test cases out of user stories
- Analysis of the test results documentation in cooperation with the Junior ServiceNow software tester
- Assurance of knowledge transfer within the company by actively participating during the knowledge transfer workshops

Your qualifications
- University degree in Information Technology or similar, alternatively completed vocational training within the field of Information Technology
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in IT projects in the area of testing, quality assurance, delivery, product development or similar
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell, UnixShell
- Experience in the execution of manual and automated tests
- Clear communication competence with all involved stakeholders and structured working approach
- Logical and abstract thinking
- Advanced German and very good English language skills
- Advanced knowledge of processes and principles of Service Management (ITIL)
