Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Selected candidate will be responsible for the following:
- preparation, maintenance and update of documentation related to health & safety and fire protection within the company
- internal regulations in the area of health & safety and fire protection in accordance with valid legislation
- representation of the company in communication with legal authorities and business group management
- performance of activities of safety coordinator on construction site, performance of safety supervision on site
- assistance with compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other safety assessments to support Health, Safety and Environmental management
- maintenance of relevant HSE logs and documentation
- assistance in the compliance of applicable laws and regulations
- preparation of applicable HSE reports if necessary
- participation in detailed incident investigations
- assistance in development and presentation of relevant HSE trainings; training delivery to employees in accordance with legislation and internal regulations
- preparation, implementation and management of HSE Programs, Policies and Procedures
- evaluation of PPE and ensuring their proper use and maintenance
- carrying out Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)
- conduct regular inspections, safety audits and hazard assessments of work locations, work groups, projects and individuals at the assigned job location
