Network Technical Quality Leader

TQL is responsible for the quality of work delivered in supporting the continuous operation of the HPE environments and its services. The main goal is to minimize the amount of unplanned downtime in the customer's production environment and to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
 
Job Description:

• Is responsible for technical quality delivered to customer
• Supervises service incidents/requests handling
• Maintains ownership and follow-up of Incidents  Ensuring agreed Customer notification on all incidents are completed within the service
• Serves as escalation point for critical incidents
• Ensures timely and relevant escalation
• Maintain proper knowledge distribution across team
• Analyses of critical cases
• Creating quality report (Spot-checks)
• Reports to Team Leader

Job requirements: 

• Min. 3 months experience within the network team
• Advanced technical knowledge of networks
• Ability to analyze problems with experts from other domains (application, database, network, hardware)  Very good trainings / Communication / Management skills
• Ability to negotiate with external customers
• Ability to represent Soitron in front of the customer
• Service oriented behavior and communication to internal and external contacts
