Responsibilities:

Provide 3rd line support of the VMware environments
Provide support to the migration from Direct Wines
Monitor and address all alerts in a timely manner
Identify and solve problems during the Datacenter movement
Point of contact for the customer on the projects/tasks he is responsible for and providing consulting
Functions within a team managing daily operations of internal IT infrastructure
Performs operational support of VMware infrastructure
Build, document and test VMware virtual solutions
Ongoing evaluation and analysis of current virtualization infrastructure to provide optimum performance.
Installation and configuration of VMware ESXi
Working with Command line tools and analyzing ESXi 5.x, XenServer and vCenter Server log files

Requirements:

Bachelor in Computer Science/Information systems or related field
Fluent in English – written and verbal
Experience as Support Engineer 3+ years
Recent experience with Setup\Configure\Manage VMware ESXi 5.x
Create and manage Virtual Centre Server instances
Expert knowledge of ESXi 5.x

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)
