Responsibilities:

Managing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line IT SAN Support Operations & Services for a specific customer, being also point of contact for escalations
Create process documentation and technical documentation
Initial set-up and configuration of the Storage Arrays and SAN switch environment.
Responsible for all change management in the environments
Responsible for applying best practices to the build of storage and backup/recovery infrastructure including partnering with cross functional IT teams such as the Change Advisory Board, Business
Deep-level troubleshooting in conjunction with vendor and third-party support
Define and execute work orders to implement changes related with project
Point of contact for the customer on the projects/tasks he is responsible for and providing consulting
Strictly follow ITIL processes and procedures

Requirements:

Bachelor in Computer Science/Information systems or related field
Fluent in English – written and verbal
Expert understanding of HP Lefthand P4500 & StoreVirtual storage arrays
Setup\configure\manage LeftHand remote copy
Recent experience with Setup\Configure\Manage P4500 storage arrays
Experience in Datacentre migrations
Strong experience working in a UNIX/Linux environment
Demonstrated understanding server platforms (i.e. Linux/Windows)
Experience with virtualization technologies
Experience with storage automation leveraging software defined storage solutions
Experience with AWS, Azure and hybrid cloud environments
3 + years of related experience

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

UNIX/Linux administration - Advanced
