Recruitment Teamleader (Ref. No.: JO-1611-1853)

Information about the position

Belonging to the Dedicated Outsourcing Business Unit and as a part of Management team, Recruitment Teamleader is completely in charge of managing the end to end recruitment process including following: 

  • Overall P&L responsibility for the Department including planning, managing and reporting the
  • P&L budget of department with internal revenues
  • Responsibility for people management including team development, capability planning for the
  • department, performance management as well as administrative tasks such as attendance
  • planning and tracking
  • Ensure high quality of the end to end recruitment process, being able to cover the recruitment
  • needs of the company, setting the recruitment strategies for different types of positions,
  • reporting of recruitment status to management team

As a part of Dedicated Outsourcing Business Unit management team, Recruitment Teamleader is strongly involved also in business development activities, such as:

  • With other Service Managers participation in presales, bidding and tender activities, creating
  • cost calculations, feasibility evaluation
  • Direct communication with clients, acting as consultant toward customers when launching new
  • projects / services requesting new dedicated resources, as well as acting as escalation point in
  • discussions regarding recruitment process
  • Identifying new upselling opportunities in existing services delivered on staff augmentation
  • delivery basis

As a member of Business Unit management team:

  • Participation on annual business planning, and later on in reaching the expected business target
  • Participation on setting the midterm strategy of business unit

Besides this:

  • Together with HR Business Unit participation on HR projects, ensuring the HR policies are
  • implemented and followed in Outsourcing Business Unit
  • Close co-operation and support of recruitment departments and processes in other countries
  • belonging to Soitron Group, especially Bulgaria, Czech Republic, UK and Romania
  • Reporting to Director of Outsourcing
  • Responsible for ISO compliance of Recruitment BU and periodical ISO recertification



Requirements

  • Previous experience with managing recruitment activities / process
  • Preferred previous experience with people management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Focus on customer satisfaction
  • Experienced negotiator
  • Flexibility, out of the box thinking
  • Fluent English is a must

English - Upper intermediate (B2)
