Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Database Support focuses on continuous operation, problem and change management of the Database Systems. The main goal is to minimize the amount of unplanned downtime in the customer's production environment and to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. The Database Administrator is responsible to work on complex Database issues, identify and solve problems.
According to our service level agreements we commit to our customers short response times and to fix problems within a given timeframe.

Personality requirements and skills

Diploma in IT is advantage
Interest in databases
Experience with SQL is a big advantage
Flexible and can-do attitude
Customer focussed
Fluent English
