Responsibility to minimize unplanned downtimes, solving requests and associated processes and automating tasks on the UX Server platforms.
As a part of global support, you will cooperate with other support teams around the world.

experience with the Linux (Unix) OS
Good knowledge of English
Overview in technical news is welcome
