  • prijímanie hovorov, prípadne emailov od zákazníka
  • zadávanie hovorov do nástroja na ich evidovanie
  • práca na smeny
Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
  • prozákaznícky orientovaný
  • analytické myslenie zamerané na riešenie problémov
  • rýchlo sa učiaci
  • tímový hráč so schopnosťou pracovať samostane
