Job description:

Communication with the customer on a professional level as well as cooperation with team members and other support teams is an important part of the work.
End user support for main office (face to face) and branch offices (via remote connection) for Windows computers.
Solving IT problems related to hardware and software failures
Installation of new computers, LAN and local printers and peripheral devices
Installation of internal company applications (MS Windows & Office, antivirus, custom internal tools, etc.)
User profiles migration and data backup/recovery

Requirements:

Unix experience is a great advantage
Independent
Well - organized
Basic server maintenance and administration (active directory, exchange, disk space cleanup, starting services, managing printers, setting NTFS permissions, approving updates for servers and client workstations in WSUS, rebooting virtualized servers via vSphere client etc.)
Basic CISCO networking knowledge
Fluent English is a must, fluent Hungarian is an advantage
Driving licence is a must
Interest in IT technologies
Excellent communication skills and well organized behaviour

Required education

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or Hungarian - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Client/server administration - Advanced
LAN/WAN administration - Advanced

Driving licence

The position is suitable for a fresh graduate
