Job description:

Responsibility to minimize unplanned downtimes, solving requests and associated processes and automating tasks on the UX Server platforms.
As a part of global support, you will cooperate with other support teams around the world.
The UNIX L2 is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining operating system servers, including web servers,
Focus on security aspects – patch installation, system compliance with security standards, etc …
Setup monitoring of OS and HW
Maintain servers deployment documentation and servers
Systematically react on technical incidents and proactively propose solutions
Help to investigate root cause for various issues on OS level
Backup and recovery
Perform HW maintenance tasks - replacement, upgrade

Requirements:

Willing to work in international environment
at least 2 years experience with UNIX
Good knowledge of English
Overview in technical news is welcome
Good cross-cultural team player

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

UNIX/Linux administration - Advanced
