Job description, responsibilities and duties

You will be responsible for end user support, solving customer requests and hardware or software problems.
As a part of a team of system administrators, you will work on 2nd line support for internal and external customer. You will be responsible for end user support, solving customer requests and problems.
Communication with the customer on a professional level, cooperation with other support teams are important part of the work.
