Job description, responsibilities and duties

​Access internal Avature ATS system and review candidates on a daily basis.
Support candidate sourcing activity as directed (e.g. ATS & job board database searches)
Accurately disposition candidates (change system status/steps) based on suitability and progress in selection process.
Visually screen applications including CVs against defined requirements
Telephone screen identified candidates for 15-20 minutes (each) against defined requirements e.g. advanced English, customer service and technical/logical reasoning aptitude, interest level, financial expectations.
Answer any candidate questions, invite and book suitable candidates for assessment centres in 3 locations (Brno, Bratislava, and Kosice)
Send email correspondence (using ATS) to confirm assessment centre(s) attendance.
Provide status update to point of contact(s) on a daily basis.
Prior to assessment centre reconfirm with candidates to ensure maximum attendance against capacity
Provide accurate list and status of invited candidate(s) as required by point of contact(s)
Send email correspondence (using ATS) to ‘not selected’ candidates following assessment centre(s)
Attend assessment centre(s) as directed to ensure continuous improvement of process.
Attend review meetings as required (preferably on site – e.g. Brno, Bratislava, Kosice)
Responsible for weekly reporting on activity and progress against (% fill) for assessment centre plan
Ensure compliance at all times with standard operating procedures

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and reasoning skills
Organizational skills and well developed time management is expected
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing manager’s needs, ability to be proactive and shape manager’s expectations
Fluent English is a must, university degree is preferable
Willing to work in a team, with friendly atmosphere consisted of young people with desire to enjoy the work
