Job description, responsibilities and duties

Act as focal point for all day-to-day customer questions on live perimeter (on-boarded carriers)
Serve as primary escalation point with responsibility for customer’s overall GMM experience
Schedule regular meetings with customer to discuss requests/action items and track progress
Assist with billing inquiries from customer or Billing Care Team
Partner with internal and external organizations to ensure customer specific service issues are identified, accurately communicated, and resolved expeditiously
Maintain customer documentation (portal user guide, custom items, non standard processes)
Support and align with Project Manager for on-boarding of additional countries after initial rollout

Required education

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)
