Design Engineer Citrix

You will be the lead technical resource when it comes to designing new solutions or changes to the existing environment as well as providing day to day support for our customer and their third party customers. Some of daily tasks are outlined below:
Core day to day actives:
- Create / Modify Citrix published applications
- Extract Active Directory data
- Update Active Directory object attributes
- User account maintenance via company toolset
- Create Design, Implementation and End User documentation
- Create scripts using Script and/or PowerShell to automate tasks such as modifying multiple user account attributes and installation of software.
- Identify performance issues and provide a solution
- Identify the root cause of operating system and application crashes and errors
- Assist vendors and third parties with troubleshooting issues with business applications
- Identify items which are at risk and highlight this with your manager
- Always adhere to AT&T and our customer health and safety guidelines, during and outside of work hours.
- Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.
- Participate in IT audits producing the required documentation, reports and explanations
