Junior Project Manager

• Summary: Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of deployment projects for customers around the globe (USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, ..). Acts as liaison between the client and 2Ring consultants.
• Responsibilities include: Conduct end to end project management of multiple projects around the world.
• Define project scope and objectives, guides activities of a project team including delegating tasks to team members, identifies resources, and establishes master timeline for deliverables.
• Conduct project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.
• Manage risk through effective communication and escalations to resolve issues
• Prepare and get project acceptance protocols signed
• Develop and continuously improve work-breakdown structures, project plan, statement of work, and post-installation documentation templates for every 2Ring solution according to the latest design templates
• Technologies/Tools to use: Cisco Spark, Cisco WebEx, MS CRM Dynamics, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project
