1st level support Network - junior

Position is for junior candidates/ Graduates with willingness to learn new things and start carrier in the networking field.
1st line team is a 1st level of a support team responsible for network management for our clients and their customers. The service consists of delivering 1st line support management in network infrastructure 24/7.

- As a member of a mid-size team, supports LAN networks spread across EMEA with more than 20.000 active elements.
- Is responsible for communication with customers: he is 1st point of contact for/with the customers and responds to requests for any assistance via phone or email
- Takes complete ownership of technical troubleshooting on his level (based on his knowledge and accesses) and if needed, escalates technical issues also to further technical levels.
- Takes ownership of other customer`s service requests (request for some information, report, analysis etc.) and if needed, escalates them to further levels/teams/management.
- Close cooperation and communication with senior technical teams (opportunity to learn new things)
