Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Responsibilty for process in scope within dedicated roles - Availability mng, Capacity mng, IT Service Continuity mng
• Reguraly review of dedicated proceses and keep process up to date
• Assesses the impact of Requests for Change (RFC) on availability and attends Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, when appropriate.
• Deliver periodic process reporting
• Produces availability plans discussing the ability of the IT infrastructure to meet the availability requirements of the business
• Ensures that the performance and capacity criteria of standard service levels are met
• Analyze and define impact for requested changes in the meaning of service continuity

• Academic working and thinking level
• Minimum Diploma in IT or its equivalent multiyear experience of
• Experiences with process management
• Experiences with one of the role: Change, Problem, Incident, Config, Release manager
• Technical background
• ITIL foundation and higher certified
• Knowledge of ITIL processes
• German language is and advantage
• Good team worker.
• Ability to communicate effectively with external customers.
• Organised worker.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to complete work to tight deadlines.
• Able to cope under pressure in a highly visible environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills.
