Job description, responsibilities and duties

• As a part of a team of UX system administrators, you will work on 1st level support for internal and external customers.
• You will be responsible for minimazing unplanned downtimes in customers environments, solving customers requests and standardizing information/technology solutions, associated processes and automating tasks on the UX Server platforms.
• As a part of global support, you will cooperate with other support teams around the world.
• Operational monitoring and support for multiple customers - 5x8, onduty

Required education

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

UNIX/Linux - Advanced
UNIX/Linux administration - Basic

Personality requirements and skills

Knowledge of the Unix OS: server installation / upgrade / patching, filesystems, network, high availability, recent hardware / backup software, security
Good knowledge of English
Excellent communication skills
