Quote & Reservation System Specialist Junior

• The Role plays as key enabler to satisfy our customers of Managed Cloud Service, will be deeply engaged in the ongoing Production Support activities for Virtual Private Could Service, as a Portal Specialist, performing necessary reviews, checks and corrections to Quote & Reservation System (further called QRS).
• Works closely with delivery/operation teams, Service Architects, Chief Engineers or other Services Engineers, Deployment Engineers on technical topics, process topics or issues related to QRS
• Addresses gaps in day-to-day process

• At least 2 years of experience in an IT Services environment
• Experience in service delivery, product/service support
• At least 2 years’ experience working in a global team, with fluent English
• Reliability and systematic approach to work
• Good documentation skills

Additional Skills (one or more a plus):
• Any experience in work with databases
• Any reporting practical experience
• Knowledgeable in Cloud Service, Service Engineering
