Junior System Administrator

• Works closely with delivery/operation teams, on technical topics, process topics or issues
• Ensures proper tracking of troubleshooting steps and resolutions
• Communication with the customer on a professional level, cooperation with team members and other support teams are important part of the work.
• Fast resolution/troubleshooting of errors
• Ensures that correct relations are created from incidents to problems
• Addresses gaps in day-to-day process and troubleshooting guides
• Works closely with Incident Management Process Owner to ensure consistent process

1 year of engineering and operational experience on the Windows platform – installation; administration tools; files&folders permissions; managing disks and logical partitions
Unix experience is a great advantage

Fluent English is a must
