- Installation and implementation of monitoring software on servers
- Support , maintenance a resolving problems
- Coordinate roll-out of new tools (Manage tools deployment project )
- Provide support on network tools software products use by our organization
- Execute changes or fix incidents according to SLA targets
- To improve operational processes by implementing, integrating network related tools in UNIX or Windows environment
- Ensure documentation is up to date
- Ensure Process are followed according to standard
- Implement process optimization
- Proactively propose improvements towards higher efficiency and stability
- Contribute to tools roadmap and strategy using latest technology
- Integrate our home made tools with other HP products.

UNIX/Linux administration - Advanced

• Experience in systems administration is desirable
• Experience in an international environment is an advantage
• Basic Technical Expertise in IP Networks (LAN, WAN, Security, Internet, IP Management)
• Advanced Technical expertise in HP-UX and Linux system administration
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, SNMP, etc.
• Understanding of security concepts and authentication tools/protocols
• Experience in shell scripting is an advantage
