IT Data Analyst

Build, coordinate and administer the processes related to data gathering and analyses keeping continuity and consistency as a key factor of success
Provide regular and ad-hoc reports
Identify reasons of process and data discrepancies and identify ways to resolve them
Monitor and report on the quality of the data associated with Cloud solutions in scope of the group
Work with your and other teams in relation to exchange and improvements of related data required for Problem management to drive down Incidents in Cloud Provisioning.

Advanced skills in the use of Excel – macros/scripting, pivot tables, lookups, sorting, counts, graphs, trending, etc
Fluent English is must
At least 2 years’ experience working in a similar position involving data analysis and processing tasks (Business Intelligence)
Advanced knowledge of SQL databases – query buildings
Ability to produce documentation using the MS Office suite of products (PowerPoint, Visio, Word...)
Strong communication, computer and analytical skills
Strong initiative and problem solving skills
