ITSM Process Implementation Manager

We define and implement service management processes and tooling solutions for outsourcing customers: ITIL processes, workflow, monitoring, service level reporting, configuration database, etc.
Implement standard ITSM processes and customizations to on-board new customers on Standard Reference Architecture.

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

• 2-5 years process implementation experience
• Excellent Excel skills
• ITIL process knowledge
• ITSM certification is a plus
