Job description, responsibilities and duties

The role will be in charge of managing the end to end deployment of the Enterprise Service Portal (ESP) and Service Request Management module (SRM) to new accounts
• Be an EMEA subject matter expert in Portal and SRM space, provide consulting to Solution Architects, transition/transformation managers during early phases of deals.
• Participate in pre-sales activities
• Provide consulting and support to key client organizations
• Insure delivery staff has been properly trained
• Insure proper hand-over of the solution to delivery operations for the on-going phase
• Work with our external and internal customers to identify gaps and enhancements to the solution
• Define external reference specifications and bring them to our development organization
• Prioritize and manage the enhancement requests flow

Required education

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Interest in Web technologies
• Fluency in English
• Solid understanding in Networks
• Autonomy and organization skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Project management fundamentals (planning, execution and reporting)
• ITIL processes knowledge especially Incident Management is an advantage
