IT Reporting Specialist - Technical

Responsibility for the end to end implementation of infrastructure, tools and scripts that will allow the provision of the required SLA and operational reporting for ES Managed accounts as well as the maintenance of the existing legacy reporting tools
Provide the software maintenance and the integration of a set of applications under Project Services responsibility.
Maintenance of SLA Reporting tools for our customers (covering ITSM, Infrastructure Availability, Performance and Capacity for customer servers), and will be enhanced with new BI solution during next year.
Configure some of those reporting solutions for new customers.

Experience with Crystal Reports
Previous experience in reporting and data mining
