Data Analyst

The Data Analyst & Reporting role is a position focused on delivering of reports and their quality check within one or more accounts. Data Analyst role acts as the main interface towards organizations that interact with the network tower for the reporting purposes. The role is focused to deliver, control, improve, report and account for the management data provided.

Responsibilities
• Monitor automated data collection processes and escalate failures to technical teams.
• Ensure that data is processed through standard processes in a timely manner.
• Weekly & Monthly availability report: port based availability, severs and client segment devices
• Acquire and maintain a good understanding of the SLOs behind each SLO report
• Correct and update faulty data, typically adjust data according to customer specific adjustment policies

• Minimum 1 years of working experience in IT reporting.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in the use of Excel
• Well developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Slovak and English languages fluently
• Accuracy in work instruction execution and strong ownership and reliability
