Data Network Analyst

The Data Network Analyst (DNA) provides post-sales technical support to the Energy Vertical account team and maintains an on-going relationship with the customer. The DNA specializes in the optimization and performance analysis of complex networks, including both domestic and international endpoints, across the total set of data/IP/VoIP products.

Engineering, computer science and/ or business

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

• preferably 5 years of IT experience and a track record of achievement in a technology driven, multi-national environment with an emphasis on Data
• in-depth knowledge and understanding of data networking disciplines including WAN, LAN, Video, IP Telephony , Microsoft Lync, MPLS VPN, IPSEC VPN, Firewall technology, load balancing, and naming services
• an expert in data collection, data network optimization and traffic performance analysis
• ability to develop, communicate, and present the appropriate customer network design to external customers
• excellent analytical and creativity skills and the ability to synthesize the customer’s high-level applications
• special requirements: CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
