Provisioning Coordinator

• Coordination of the provisioning tasks and life cycle for the Global Server Provisioning Team
• Provide input into the capacity management process
• Prepare provisioning reports on regular basis
• Contribute to the documentation of the internal processes.
• Contribute to the improvement of the internal processes.
• Assists the provisioning team in their overall responsibilities related to provisioning operations
• SLA compliance responsibility for their assigned region/customers
• Serve as a first level escalation point for provision related escalations
