Job description, responsibilities and duties

- respond to requests for technical assistance via phone, email or ticket tracking system,
- diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues ,
- provide 1st line support for our business customers,
- follow standard service desk procedures,
- administrate service desk software (ticket tracking system, monitoring,…),
- redirect problems to appropriate resource,
- identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention,
- escalate issues and seeks advise when faced with non-standard issues,
- research questions using available information resources.

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • operational experience with the PC installation and configuration (HW, SW, OS),
  • ability to diagnose faults under different categories such as Networks, Operating System or other specific systems and escalate the fault to relevant specialized team,
  • customer service orientation,
  • problem analysis and solving,
  • learning skills,
  • ability to work under pressure, and deal with different vendors,
  • good team player, with ability to work in demanding environment,
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,
