Job description, responsibilities and duties

For our Sister company 2Ring we are hiring Channel Sales Manager who will:
• Be responsible for building superb chain of partners in European region
• Identifying areas for growth and creating strategic product line roadmaps to help drive adoption of the product
• Understanding and proactive responsiveness to actual and developing needs of partners chain
• Creating and maintaining a business network and identifying changing business requirements
• Finding innovative solutions for the broader market
• Overseeing marketing and sales operations and handling relations with its technological partners (Cisco, Avaya…) within the region
• Developing strategic marketing plans for a product through market research, competitive analysis, pricing, customer engagement, and business planning
• Do marketing of the product and analysis of the competition
• Acting as the ultimate escalation point for partners issues and/or problems

Required education

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Russian - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Minimum 3 years of partners chain management
• Deep understanding of basic principles and nuances of partners business model
• Demonstrates experience in managing technological vendors, partners and complex relationships
• Demonstrates broad technical awareness and understanding of the services delivered to clients
• Negotiation and influencing skills
• Ability to work in close collaboration with partners, capable to build and develop effective partners relationship
• Willingness to extensive travel up to 30% of work time
• Fluent English and Russian language
