HR Business Partner/ Recruiter

Acting as a single point of contact for defined group of managers with responsibility for all hr related issues.

The main agenda will consist of planning and executing recruiting activities, solving disciplinary issues, advising on labor code, actively managing internal transfers, promotions, employee career planning.

The area of responsibilities will also include soft skill trainings organization, regular hr administration, preparation of various analyses, and proactive approach to all related hr activities where the need will be identified.

• Required experience at least 3 years in a field of human resources, preferably in area of IT recruitment
• Strong desire to obtain overall knowledge of broader hr agenda with orientation primary on recruitment, career planning, training, labor code, benefits, and administration
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and reasoning skills
• Organizational skills and well developed time management is expected
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing manager’s needs, ability to be proactive and shape manager’s expectations
• Fluent English is a must, university degree is preferable
• Willing to work in a smaller team, with friendly atmosphere consisted of young people with desire to enjoy the work but not to stay too long
• Strong understanding of IT field
