Graphical and Web Designer

We are looking for a talented Web & UI Designer to create amazing user experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior user interface design skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artefacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs.

• Execution of all visual design stages from concept to final layouts and screen design incl. ‘hand-off’ to engineering / development
• Collaboration with project management and engineering to define and implement innovative graphical web solutions as well as visuals and final user experience
• Conception of original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
• Establishment and promotion of new design guidelines, best practices and design standards
• Conduction of user research and evaluation of user feedback
