Job description, responsibilities and duties

If you've got good people skills, and are good at persuading and negotiating, being a Sales Representative might be a job you would enjoy! You’ll be using your excellent communication skills to deal with a broad range of customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Sell specific products and services to consumers.
• Demonstrate products and show consumers how to maximize their features.
• Acquire new clients through events and meetings
• Personal presentation to promote new products and special deals agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the business scope for the product and company
• Work with other sales and marketing services to achieve business targets set individually and as a team
• Service existing accounts and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule
• Record and process orders, check inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Advise customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
