Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Deskside support for all IT related issues
• A focal point of contact for IT related incidents
• Physical attendance of an IT related issue where required
• Providing assistance setting up equipment (phones, laptops, desktops, printers) etc
• Printer support – changing toner, paper, troubleshooting
• Visual inspections of working environments to determine better working practices and fault prevention (eg Cable Checking, Planed Maintenance activities)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
