We are looking for a standardization expert who will be responsible for the implementation of the standard operating procedures. Develop and operate a control system to ensure compliance with standards, designing & localizing comprehensive standard operations processes, for our Fresh Corner concept and for the documentation of these.

Your main responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the localization and implementation of the Standard operating procedures and for its updates according to the group standards, and its alignment with local S&OP team, Offer team, Marketing team and NDAM team.
  • Responsible for the availability and the proper use of the ingredients, equipment, processes, training, and marketing materials at the SeS, according to the SOPs. Initiating actions with Offer Management, Marketing, ND, S&O if anything is missing
  • Responsible for the localization and execution of the campaigns from standardization point of view
  • Responsible for the continuous SeS audits and for checking the adherence to the standards. Continuously checking the physical execution on the SeS with the help of the digital checklist.
  • Makes suggestions and analytics for the corrective actions or improvements and do a follow up on them. Aligning these actions with the ASM’s checklists.
  • Responsible for the existence, proper use, updates of the SOPs job helpers, training materials on all SeS within the country.
  • Responsible for the implementation, proper use, updates of the SOPs, job helpers and training materials on a country level.

Who are we looking for?
  • 5-10 years in Retail sales/operations/commercial/hospitality business
  • Experience in hospitality/HACCP management (large scale chains)
  • Multinational organization work experience is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Deep understanding of the hospitality industry operations and key processes
  • Fluent business English is a must
  • Willing to travel for work approximately 2 days per week
