Cybersecurity Liason

• Ensure long-term sustainability of information security of MOL Group Standard Retail IT Solution in all MOL Group Entities where RITS is implemented.
• Ensure compliance with MOL Group cybersecurity policies and standards as well as industry standards in the given area and relevant MOL Group and entities.
• Manages security awareness in Retail environment Business & Technical to increase security in the area and avoid possible adverse impact.

• Defines and oversees the relevant cybersecurity projects in the given area in all MOL Group Entities where RITS standard solution is implemented
• Liaison and communication partner between Retail relevant units and MOL Group Cybersecurity
• Liaison for audits (internal MOL Group as well as external regulatory audits)
• Ensures cybersecurity awareness and trainings of Retail IT as well business staff with special focus on the area of Retail systems
• Liaison with MOL Group internal as well as external Service Providing entities (e.g. MOL ITD GBS, various external vendors) in terms of cybersecurity topics
• Ensures that cybersecurity standards are reflected in Contracts with external vendors
• Proactively oversees latest cybersecurity trends in the given area and aligns it with MOL Group cyber security unit

• University degree – Information technology
• 15+ years in IT management / IT security management; experience from project management of critical IT systems
• Deep knowledge cybersecurity standards and requirements in Retail IT environment,
• Professional communication with relevant vendors articulating the cybersecurity requirements
• Senior communication & presentation skills, leadership skills, overview of cybersecurity and business processes as well as environment at SeS
• Problem solving and solution focus
• English advanced (B2)
