Nákupca - operatívny nákup (Komárno HUB)

• Is communicative - and therefore prefers to interact with customers on a daily basis,
• enjoys working with different IT systems, is not afraid of a possible new challenge - working with SAP and ARIBA,
• does not prefer to work from HO and prefers to solve tasks together with colleagues in one office
• has completed secondary vocational education in any field
• experience with customers with a target orientation
• is meticulous and organizational type

• Process purchase requests from internal clients in the system ( change purchase requests into purchase orders)
• ensure effective change management of purchase orders
• coordinate and implement the purchasing process
• to carry out "E2E" purchasing in accordance with applicable internal guidelines
• maintain good relations with suppliers but also with internal customers
• manage complaints related to delivery (invoice, delivery, quality...)
• monitor the market for the area in charge
• contribute to the evaluation of suppliers
• assist the accounting department in clarifying invoices

• A degree with a secondary school diploma
• English at a communicative/written level (you will communicate with colleagues from Hungary, Croatia)
• MS Office user experience
• analytical thinking and good communication skills
• goal orientation and willingness to learn
• experience with SAP IS or ARIBA welcome
