Fuel Supply Coordinator

Scope:
Responsible for planning and scheduling fuel market supply activities and supervising its execution via coordinating and liaising the relevant business and functional units within MOL Group. Responsible to support the inventory management decisions.


Tasks & responsibilities:

• Contribute to DS fuel market supply optimization with supplying inventory and storage capacity data for planning and setting target inventories in line with inventory policy.
• Participate in consultation of planning, comments and validates the market supply plans from market supply distribution point of view.
• Work out monthly fuel market supply schedule, harmonize fuel production and purchase with sales activity, and make decisions on fuel deliveries from sources to group terminals with fulfilling forecasted customer demands.
• Identifies unplanned supply, sales and logistics opportunities and prepares proposals for their utilization. Implements the proposals utilizing sales and logistics opportunities.
• Professional user of the software supporting the market scheduling activities. Identifies system related opportunities and formulates proposals for improvement

Requirements:

• University degree in Economics or Engineering
• At least 1 - 2 year experience in relevant area (Sales, Logistics or Production)
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office software
• Advanced English both in witten and oral
