Mechanical Superintendant

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Superintendent who is able to lead and coordinate others supervisors in specific department within the construction project of Mochovce NPP. You will serve as a reference person for the other construction team disciplines with aim to maximize engagement and to achieve qualitative outcomes according to the project needs.

• to lead, coordinate and supervise all the supervisors of the assigned department;
• to manage the assigned contracts taking care about:

o all the contractual conditions/clauses;
o to measure the physical progress of the works scope of the contract;
o to elaborate all the accounting documentation;
o to put in place all the recovery actions to recover potential accumulated delay (if/any)

• to lead all the meetings with the assigned contractors;
• to be a reference person for the other construction team disciplines and Construction Manager
• to check with Coordinator of QA/QC and Project Engineer that all documents, being responsible for the correct management of those to be delivered to contractors;
• to work with Planner in planning of activities, verifying subcontractor schedule, in tune with the contract, procedures, local regulation and Inspection Plan and Testing;
• to ensure the contractors are working in accordance to all the safety and environmental site rules, cooperating with the site safety team;
• to ensure that the non conformity process is applied;
• to be responsible of the results and the quality of the tests done by contractors, paying attention the defectiveness ratio;
• to cooperate with “reporting department” to issue a periodical site progress reports To report to Construction manager and/or Site manager for any major issue could cause disruption on the project

We are looking for Mechanical Superintendent for the company SE Služby inžinierskych stavieb, s.r.o., (shortly SE SIS). SE SIS is a subsidiary of Slovenské elektrárne, established in August 2015 and with its registered seat in Mochovce, Nitra region.

The purpose of its establishment is to be more efficient in management of engineering, construction and commissioning activities in order to support Mochovce 3&4 nuclear power plant construction project, by means of experienced and highly qualified professionals with required technical knowledge, skills, diligence and attitude necessary to complete the project following all applicable laws and regulations.

The main goal is to contribute to the successful completion of Mochovce 3&4 project.
