Job description

  • Scrutiny of Contract Documents, Project Specifications and ensure the validity of Sub Contractors Progress Reports and claims.
  • Responsible for the evaluation of monthly measurement sheets and approval of invoices submitted by sub-contractors and settle disputes.
  • Responsible for the Evaluation of Additional Works and to coordinate with the Sub contractor and Client to prepare estimates.
  • Responsible for the Coordination with Project Department to update the Contract budget due to Additional works and Modifications.
  • Responsible for the Verification of as Built drawings submitted by the Sub Contractor and to revise the BOM accordingly.
  • Preparation of Cost details and summary of all back charges as per Purchase Order requirements and Division of Work and submit it to the concerned parties.
  • Assist the Contracts Departments in the matter of claims and counter claims with the client and sub-contractor.
  • Coordinate with the material order to ensure the supply doesn’t have any negative impacts on finances.
  • Assist site in the preparation of material take-off.
  • Prepare change proposals (technical and commercial) to change requests. Determine and evaluate cost impact of potential changes.
  • Preparation of daily/weekly and monthly progress reports including sub-contractors for progress evaluation.
  • Coordination with client to settle disputes on work progress and billing settlement.
  • Responsible for the preparation of progress billing and invoices for lump sum, field work directives and change order works for submission to the client.
